Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support children across KS2, focusing on booster sessions and interventions to help students catch up with the curriculum and achieve their full potential. You’ll be working 1-on-1 with students who need extra guidance and in small groups to reinforce learning in key areas such as literacy and numeracy. You will also have the chance to assist children with special educational needs, offering tailored support to ensure their learning journey is positive and productive.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working closely with students, providing personalised learning support, and being part of a friendly and collaborative school environment.
Application Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role in a primary school setting.
• Experience supporting students in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their best.
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support students’ learning in Key Stage 2.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored lessons and activities.
• Help pupils with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
• Monitor and report on student progress, working closely with teachers and other support staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages growth and confidence.
