Are you a technically gifted engineer or mechanic looking to further your skillset and career?

This exciting opportunity will focus on the servicing, maintenance, and repair of forklift trucks in a field-based position.

Field Service Engineers are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of our ever-growing fleet of forklifts, at our customer's sites across the UK.

We are looking for someone to:

• Fault diagnosis, repair and routine maintenance of forklift trucks
• Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard, following procedures and all health and safety guidelines
• Help support our long-standing customer base
• Demonstrate good product knowledge gained from having experience of working on all aspects of forklift trucks, IC Engines, brake systems, hydraulics and electrics.
• You can have experience in agricultural or construction equipment as many of the material handling equipment work in a similar way

To be successful for this position you will:

• Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician (any type of vehicle) roleor similar. Full and ongoing Material Handling equipment training provided.
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Strong organisation skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
• All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
• A clean driving license is also highly desirable.
