About the role: As a Supply Teacher, you will play a key role in providing cover for permanent teachers, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily classroom activities. You’ll be working across Key Stage 1, delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing the classroom environment, and fostering a positive and engaging learning experience for all students. You will benefit from the flexibility of choosing assignments that fit your schedule while gaining invaluable experience in different schools. You’ll receive guidance from your dedicated Teach Now consultant, ensuring you’re well-prepared and supported in every placement.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school (preferably Key Stage 1).
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and teaching styles.
• Right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 1.
• Manage the classroom and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Adapt quickly to different schools and their policies.
• Provide feedback to permanent staff following lessons.
• Uphold school values and maintain high standards of learning.
