Internal Sales Executive
Newark, Full Time (Hybrid), Permanent
£25,000 plus Commission OTE Circa £30,000-£32,000

Due to expansion, our award-winning, Newark based client is looking to appoint a driven, enthusiastic and hardworking Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales team on a full time, permanent basis.
THE ROLE
The successful Internal Sales Executive will work with an established customer portfolio to convert a large quantity of warm leads and enquiries. Key responsibilities will include;
* Utilising an established CRM system to follow up leads
* Developing a sound understanding of a wide rage of technology and software solutions (training and support provided)
* Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects
* Proactively follow up a sales pipeline to gain a return on investment from marketing activities and a prospect (lapsed) database
* Taking and making calls to warm prospects and existing customers
* Delivering sales against set range of realistic KPI’s
* Creating quality written communications
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Internal Sales Executive will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
* Previous knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Sales Force or similar)
* Experience of working in a customer facing role ideally in a sales capacity
* Confident and quick learner with attention to detail and accuracy
* Desire to succeed and grow in a sale role
* Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues to a high standard
* Experience of working within B2B sector
* Background of achieving targets
