Senior Events Sales Executive 38,500 per annum London Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Events Sales Executive to work at Royal College of Patholog Ext.
Location: London
Rate of pay: £38,500 per annum
Working pattern: Monday - Friday
• Identify new business opportunities via industry research and networking
• Proactively growing and developing relationships with prospective and existing key accounts
• Accurate business reports and understanding of where we can increase revenue
• Support sales manager for online marketing of the venue through all channels including management of an external agency
• Support the design and delivery of the venues marketing plan, driving forward and carrying out activities, with support from the central team
• Attending organised events to engage with clients. E.g.: open days, exhibitions, displays etc.
• Ensure all marketing and sales collateral is in line with the venue’s sales strategy
• Create quality proposals for our clients – corporate, private and social
• Oversee and manage invoicing and payment for the events
• To win and retain business and to promote awareness of all facilities and services available
• To follow the standards of practice for all areas of sales and marketing
• To maximise business volume by building customer loyalty through the successful delivery of events and by establishing and growing new opportunities through proactive selling
• To provide the highest possible levels of customer care and selling the designated spaces and rooms through effective matching of clients’ needs and building professional relationships
• To develop the venue with proactive marketing and proactive sales of the business
• To grow the business in the unit through maximising uptake and spend per head.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on room hire, food and beverage, sundry items.
• Ensure all financials are accurately recorded and that the status of each booking is kept up to date to allow for financial forecasting.
