Job Description

e are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. This hybrid role will focus on running effective marketing campaigns, managing social media strategies, and leveraging our existing customer database for targeted promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

* Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

* Craft and send database mailshots to existing customers, encouraging engagement with other products.

* Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights.

* Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

* Stay updated on marketing trends to optimize strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience in marketing and social media management.

* Strong ability to run data-driven campaigns that meet business objectives.

* Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.

* Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.

* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

* Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand promotion.

* Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with occasional HQ meetings.
