Direct Protection Sales Consultant - Salary £23,900

This role will have a rotated shift pattern, shifts will be between Monday- Friday 8am- 6pm.
A bit about the job
The right candidate will be handling both inbound and Outbound telephony support to direct protection customers with a view of progression to also assisting online queries through a live chat platform. We are looking for someone that can come in and proactively manage existing applications and possess the ability to have strong non-advised customer conversations whilst meeting all regulatory requirements. There will be an aspect of this role that will require you to liaise with stakeholders across the business to drive the right customer outcomes.

- Starting salary £23,900
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
