Architect Job in Petworth West Sussex
We are currently working a highly regarded and award-winning Architectural practice who has a new Architect job available. The practice recently relocated its main office to from London to West Sussex and requires a Job running Architect to join team, The role offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 Hybrid working, and the opportunity to work on varied and prestigious projects.

Role & Responsibilities
Take a lead role in projects across all RIBA stages, with an immediate focus on Stages 4-6
Oversee procurement and project delivery for a Grade II-listed house refurbishment in Regents Park and other country home projects
Work closely with the studio's founder and support the development of unique, bespoke designs
Ensure projects align with the practice's commitment to sustainable and innovative design solutions
Travel between Sussex and London for site visits and team collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Job Runner in high-end residential or conservation projects
Experience in Vector works is beneficial but training will be offered
Background in delivering projects in small, collaborative teams
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage complex refurbishments and historic settings
A full UK driving license is essential.

Salary of £45,000 - £50,000
23 days holiday, plus 3 additional days over Christmas
An extra day of holiday for each year of service, up to 3 years
