The Team





Joining one of the largest UK Clinical Negligence departments, the litigation executive is responsible for a caseload of medical files at all stages including trial. This is a dynamic team dedicated to handling high value injury, medical negligence files.





As a legal executive, you will file handle a caseload of litigated clinical negligence matters. These include all forms of negligence and severe injuries from a medical mistake.





The Candidate





For this team, we are open to Chartered Legal Executives or Newly Qualified Solicitors up to Grade A. We are open to experienced litigation file handlers. You must have an experience on clinical negligence files.
