Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as washing, grooming and dressing.
- Medication Management: Remind and support clients in taking their prescribed medications on time and in the correct dosages.
- Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility and exercises, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Household Tasks: Assist clients with light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support, companionship, and engaging activities to enhance clients' well-being.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and document clients' health conditions, reporting any changes to the care coordinator or family when necessary.
- Transportation Assistance: Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other essential errands as needed.
- Care Plan Implementation: Follow individualised care plans to address the client's specific health, safety, and personal needs.
