As a Content Creation Apprentice at, you'll gain hands-on experience in creating engaging multimedia content, working with cutting-edge tools and systems. If you're looking for a role that builds your skills in digital content while working alongside industry experts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.


A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Plan, create, and manage digital content across various platforms, including Podcasts, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Develop written content for blogs, email marketing, newsletters, and website articles
  • Design and create visual content like posters, banners, leaflets, and social media posts for platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Utilize professional equipment, including Panasonic VR cameras, professional lighting setups, microphones, and a full podcast studio
  • Collaborate on the development of content calendars, storyboards, mood boards, and meeting notes
  • Participate in monthly content planning meetings with directors, discussing budgets, working with suppliers, marketing vendors, and distributing content
  • Use tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Adobe platforms, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and TikTok to manage and analyze content
  • Engage with your audience by replying to comments, posting updates, responding to partnership emails, and occasionally communicating with other content creators
  • Access and analyze full content performance metrics through platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Instagram, and TikTok

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.


Salary, Hours & Benefits:

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • A genuine passion for content creation and digital marketing
  • Strong organisational and creative skills, with an eye for detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms
  • Ability to use analytics tools to track content performance
  • A Grade 4 in Maths and Grade 5 in English at GCSE level is required for this role
