Salary: 50k -55k + Company Car / Car Allowance + Annual Bonus
Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital

What you'll be doing;
Day-to-day communication with client representatives on site
Management of site team, ensuring all legal, corporate and duty-of-care responsibilities are met, including Safety, Health & Welfare of staff
Lead a team of 26+ Veolia staff delivering the services on-site
Ensure all plant under the control of Veolia is maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specification/best practice.
Delegating, organising and coordinating all resources to ensure successful completion/ implementation of activity/ service.
Identification and filling of roles on team when/if required
Ensure that Veolia staff are trained to carry out their roles and to put in place appropriate development plans using the Veolia performance development process.
Technical and commercial evaluation of required sub-contracted services
Management of sub-contracted services
Weekly and or monthly reports of all activities on site
Cost control and commercial contract management
Financial Management and reporting of contract to Veolia General Manager
Deliver all Veolia site services within budget.
Prepare budget forecasts and track to plan for financial costing.
Attend relevant governance and technical meetings with client
Ensure that all Veolia company procedures are adhered to and that quality standards are maintained at all times.
Establish and develop opportunities to diversify or increase contractual services to the client.
What we're looking for;
Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or FM related subject OR Trade qualifications within Mechanical engineering or Building services
Maintenance and troubleshooting experience over a range of equipment and services
Experience operating within a regulated environment
Excellent computer skills and the ability to be able to present regularly to the client and internally
The ability to motivate and manage a successful team
Previous FM management experience
