Location: Ealing, London
Shift Pattern: Continental Days & Nights (4 on 4 off)
Competitive Salary: £53,000

Optimize & Maintain: Deliver essential Electrical & Mechanical support to keep advanced production machinery operating at peak efficiency.
Troubleshoot & Innovate: Quickly tackle automated machinery breakdowns and proactively implement solutions that boost productivity.
Drive Change: Lead Continuous Improvement projects designed to push operational standards to new heights.
Be a Pillar of Performance: Play an integral role in our Preventative Maintenance Plan, performing both Planned Preventative (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance to minimize downtime.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Proven Manufacturing Expertise: Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
Strong Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, controls, and instrumentation.
Qualifications That Set You Apart: A Degree, NVQ, or time-served apprenticeship that demonstrates your technical prowess.
