Digital Marketing Specialist, LATAM
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’ll be tasked with leading and executing the digital marketing projects and initiatives working alongside our brand marketing team, agency partners, and cross-functional Centers of Excellence.
Reporting to the Latam Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning & managing digital projects in the LATAM region, creating best-in-class digital experiences, and driving the most value in the moments that matter. Applying a strategic, customer-focused, and data-driven mindset, you will dive into data and deliver insights that drive decision-making across the LATAM region. In this essential, customer-centric role, you will help us propel our digital ecosystem to the next level.
1. Digital Performance- Work closely with stakeholders to define digital marketing objectives, understand requirements, and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Lead the briefing construction process for digital media campaigns, in collaboration with the Latam brand marketing coordinators.
- Collaborate with brand and agency teams and support Tiers 1, 2 and 3 media planning, implementation, and campaigns optimization (social, A/B tests, search, programmatic).
- Ensure holistic full funnel paid media performance efforts across brands and channels aligned with business objectives.
- Own and optimize Search campaigns’ content management according to briefings and priorities. Collaborate with the Latam marketing team to build appropriate assets for paid campaigns.
- Build campaign reports with the agency teams and follow closely the campaign results from top to low funnel, to be able to take appropriate action plan.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure resources are allocated optimally.
- Own the website strategy and content management, including MY update and new landing pages construction.
- Collaborate with web, marketing, and agency partners to translate, adapt and deploy website content.
- Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to ensure the best organic performance of our websites.
- Manage taxonomy of campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate with brand marketing and agency teams to build efficient social media planning, implementation, and optimization for the Latam channels (Instagram).
- Manage agency partners on engagement and community management, ensuring the best alignment with the brands and guidelines.
- Monitor results and KPIs from all local social media channels, to collaborate with the team on optimization insights and action plans.
- Support the brand marketing coordinators by providing insights and data on influencers and partners, based on global tools and best practices.
- Provide earned media KPIs and reports for influencers and partners.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- 5-7+ years of professional experience including 5 years in digital marketing.
- Fluency in English and advanced Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of digital project management best practices.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behavior.
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and Google Analytics.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, being able to build spreadsheets and presentations.
- A collaborative mindset and working style with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
