Your Role

• You’re the trusted partner clients turn to, building strong relationships through clear communication, swift problem-solving, and genuine care.
• You will work directly with the Managing Director and help develop and implement strategies to grow the business, explore new markets and strengthen our market position.
• You turn client goals into bold, actionable strategies, aligning every step with their vision for success.
• You wow clients with innovative pitches, sell them on fresh ideas, and win their trust to expand our business together.
• You’re the glue that keeps projects on track, juggling deadlines, budgets, and teamwork with finesse and flair.
• You dive into campaign data, uncover the story behind the numbers, and deliver insights that spark excitement.

• You have at least 5 years' professional experience in a management position in a marketing agency focusing on social media/influencer marketing.
• You're passionate about innovation, driven by a desire to make a difference and guided by strong values such as fairness and diversity.
• You know how to create solid connections with customers and collaborate effectively with teams from a variety of backgrounds.
• You have mastered the art of conveying ideas clearly, convincingly, and confidently.
• You have a flair for identifying growth opportunities and a strategic vision to help develop the business.
• You keep calm under pressure, meet challenges with optimism, and adopt a solutions-oriented mindset.
• You're methodical, detail-oriented, and an expert at managing time and priorities.
