CAST is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer with 4-10 years of experience in a software company.

Working at CAST R&D means being an important part of a highly talented, fast-paced, multi-cultural, and agile team based in Paris (France) and Bangalore (India). The team builds a sophisticated source code analysis platform leveraging parsing, control flow, data flow, and other mechanisms to fully understand the inner structure of the complex IT systems developed and used by Fortune 500 companies.

This position reports directly to the head of Development in France.

Profile

The candidate should have a passion for technology and a flexible, creative approach to problem-solving.

• Must have at least 4+ years of experience as a Build & Release engineer
• A concrete experience (at least 2 years) in scripting languages (Groovy/Ant/PowerShell/DOS/Shell)
• Experience working with code repositories like GIT
• Experience working with VMWare ESXi, administrating hundreds of VMs with skills for OS administration (Windows and Linux)
• Experience working with Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with continuous integration build systems using Jenkins and deployment tools like Puppet or Octopus
• Solid knowledge of RDBMS like PostgreSQL/Oracle/SQL Server
• Experience with Atlassian Tools like JIRA/Confluence
• Knowledge in a scripting language
• Basic understanding of some development languages (Java, C#, C++, JS, …) and their subsets (Maven, Nuget, Conan, npm, …)
• Continuous integration principles and tools (Jenkins, …)
