Clean Team Supervisor

Part-time two days a week (flexible schedule 8 hours day shift)

Primary tasks:

Your primary role is to supervise a team of cleaning staff. Travel to and from clients homes to undertake daily onsite inspections, where you will assess and oversee the quality of cleaning and that staff are working both productively and safely.

Organise cleaning rotas and schedules. Ensure our clients expectations are consistently achieved providing service of the highest possible standard.

General tasks:

• Coordinate team briefings to confer with staff on projects and protocols and obtain updates and feedback.
• Ensure staff present a professional image.
• Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met and maintained.
• Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget and timeline. (the budget calculated/estimated by the office)
• Staff training and development.
• Manage equipment, materials and stock levels, and maintain in a clean and safe working order.
• Carry out general cleaning duties.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Good relationship building skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Attention to detail and high standards of work.
• A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations. (training will be available through the company)
• General education to at least National Level 2, e.g., GCSEs grades A*-C.

The location: South East, West London, and Central London.
