The Role

As Graduate NPD Technologist, you will:

• Assist in the development of new and existing food products, ensuring they meet both customer and regulatory specifications.
• Supportthe NPD team with product trials, from the kitchen through to production scale-up, ensuring products meet quality, taste, and cost targets.
• Conductresearch into food trends, ingredients, and technology to help shape the development of innovative products.
• Collaboratewith internal teams such as production, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure products are developed and launched smoothly.
• Ensureall new products comply with food safety, nutritional, and labeling regulations.
• Assistwith the preparation of product specifications, testing, and documentation for new product launches.
• Monitorthe performance of launched products and supportimprovements or adjustments as needed.
• Supportthe senior NPD Technologists with any ad-hoc tasks related to the development process.

The Candidate

The successful Graduate NPD Technologist will:

• Be able to show why they want to go into NPD.
• Preferably, will have done an NPD placement.
