Customer Support Officer - Collections
Solihull - Hybrid
Up to £24,750 + £1,500 bonus + benefits
Monday to Friday - Occasional weekend work (2 Saturdays in an 8 week period)
Hybrid working after training - 1 day at home
Collections experience is required to apply for this role


Outsource UK is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a leading UK bank as part of their Collections team on a permanent basis.

The role is responsible for efficiently and effectively recovering any money due on consumer portfolios within the current regulatory frameworks. This will involve dealing with both verbal and written communication with customers and authorised third parties.

If you have a strong customer service background, excellent listening skills, and the ability to deal emphatically with vulnerable customers or sensitive situations this could be a perfect opportunity for you.

Our client has a fantastic training and onboarding program in place so you do not need prior collections experience although it would be a bonus.

Additional weekend hours are required for this role. They consist of 2x Saturday shifts (9-1) in an 8-week period. You will agree your hours upfront so it will be the same every week.
