Job Description
TSA Surveying represents a Building Consultancy seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their York office, where they will benefit from comprehensive training and a robust APC program. The consultancy has seen steady growth and, with an increase in work from existing and new clients, is expanding its team.
The firm operates across a range of sectors with an even split between public and private, primarily in education, industrial, and commercial spaces. They handle a variety of general building surveying tasks, including building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, schedules of conditions, and project management. This role promises balanced exposure to diverse sectors, alongside hands-on experience with surveys and project management, equipping you with broad, transferable skills.
The senior team provides strong support, offering you opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. The consultancy also offers APC support, including an in-house APC program, guidance from an APC Assessor, and assistance with your diary, case study, and exam preparation.
