Vital Human Resources Ltd, one of the leading Engineering recruitment companies in the UK, are expanding due to consistent success and are therefore seeking Recruitment Professionals to come and join us at our prestigious Manchester office.

For a Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for bright, driven individuals with a desire to make a difference and contribute to the continuing growth of this VERY successful business. In return we will assist you in your professional development.

What you will need:

• To have a background in recruitment Technical, Engineering, Rail is preferred but not essential.
• Client facing experience, closing business, able to discuss rates etc and build client relationships
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, job boards and skilled in matching job roles to candidates
• Good knowledge of social media sites and LinkedIn.
• A strong personality and excellent communication skills are essential
• Commercial understanding and awareness.
• Hardworking and conscientious with a can do attitude
• Tenacious and confident, reliable and professional in your attitude and approach to work

The role:

• You will work alongside an experienced Recruitment team focused on growing this already successful team.
• The principal focus would be to source highly qualified technical and white collar roles across many disciplines to successfully place with our clients as well as sourcing business within the rail industry
• We have many clients, large market leaders in the rail industry with a solid bank of work to be delivered on.
• The key will be your expertise in recruiting, working in a growing industry.
• You will be responsible for developing a database of additional candidates and managing these effectively along with new client development.
• Achieving targets in place.
• Compiling and tracking essential information on an existing database.
