Project Estimator

Position Overview:

As the Project Estimator, you will be responsible for updating the existing NSR (Non - Standard requirement) system and provide estimates of all bespoke project work to the commercial manager.

Key responsibilities for this role are:

• Prepare cost budgets and estimates for new contracts.
• Keep existing contracts up to date, including making amendments, providing new cost estimates, and maintaining communication with all relevant Project Development Managers
• Adhere to standards and guidelines when analysing and providing estimates; focus on maximising customer satisfaction, the highest quality and value for money while minimising and potential risk to the company.
• Prepare detailed, well written specifications for each contract which is sent out to our clients.
• Work closely with the commercial manager and design team to help with development, innovation and creativity on clients projects.
• Keep detailed records of all estimation documents, including site assessments and contract terms.
• Prepare and submit financial documentations.
• Ensure health and safety is considered the priority in the design process.

The successful Project Estimator will hold:

• A full UK driving Licence
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
• Experience with estimating/quality surveying in this field of work.
