- **Estimating and Costing:** Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical and electrical projects.
- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- **Client Interaction:** Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- **Documentation:** Produce comprehensive working drawings and detailed designs, ensuring all pre-construction activities are meticulously planned.
- **Quality Assurance:** Oversee final testing, commissioning, and handover processes to guarantee project success.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
- **Proven Experience:** Previous experience as a Mechanical and Electrical M&E Estimator is essential.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate estimates.
