Job Description

Building Surveyor position with a building consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
A national building consultancy specialist in traditional building surveying, delivering schedules of condition, dilapidation, fire risk assessments etc. They are a great team that will support each other in further training, progression and development. Located in a nice, bright office in Manchester City Centre, they are easily commutable via all the public transport links.

Your new role
As a building surveyor, you will be working alongside a team of senior building surveyors that will share their knowledge, guide you and support you through further training and APC. You will be working on a variety of projects across high-rise residential, commercial, retail, industrial, heritage sectors, giving you the ultimate experience to pass you APC swiftly.

What you'll need to succeed
A bright, graduate building surveyor with at least 12 months UK experience looking for further support with APC and training. This is a building surveying position, therefore a driving licence is essential and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

What you'll get in return
On top of a salary up to £30,000 (DoE) you will receive all the training and support to succeed in your career. You will have a structured approach to APC and a friendly, supportive environment to work in.
