About the role
The safety of our customers is our highest priority. That's why we're recruiting a Building Safety Administrator to support us to ensure that our homes meet the highest safety standards, both now and into the future. We don't just want compliant homes we want safe homes for our residents
Joining our highly professional Building Safety team, you'll provide full administrative support. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same, your responsibilities will include:
- Inputting into our internal Compliance Software safety/compliance queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all relevant certification is provided for all works completed by contractors.
- Processing of certification, orders, invoices, and other contract documentation/data.
- Inputting data and management of digital records – ensuring all information held is accurate and up to date.
- Support with meetings with contractors as required and take minutes at meetings
- Circulate agendas and ensure actions from meetings are completed
- Manage day to day running of mailboxes
- Raising works orders
- Ensure that all Fire risk assessment actions are allocated to the fire contractors and completed on time
- Running reports
- Reconcile fire and building equipment asset data on contract
- Support the creation and reporting of KPI's and ad hoc reporting as required

About You
Our ideal candidate?
5 Years previous experience in an administrative role, delivering a broad range of administration duties.
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, with experience using a range of Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
Detail orientated, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively, as well as working collaboratively with the wider team.
Importantly, you should have a real drive for Fire Safety.
