As an individual, you will be:

• Self-motivated and able to prioritise your own workload
• A confident communicator who is happy to pick up the phone and talk to people
• Familiar with working to KPIs
• Personable and approachable with a natural ability to build relationships at all levels
• Detail-orientated and have the ability to multi-task
• A competent social media user and be happy to use platforms such as LinkedIn to build a network

The salary for this role is paying between £25 - £30k, dependent on experience, plus a generous commission structure and some great benefits including 23 days holiday, car allowance, quarterly social events, childcare vouchers, plus more.
