Are you a highly organised and efficient individual with a passion for administration?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy office for a company based just outsode of Ruthin towards Denbigh. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
- Diary Management
- Administrative Support to Managing Director
- Invoicing and Accounts: Managing invoicing, payments, and financial records.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing goods in, goods out, and stock control.
- Website and Social Media: Maintaining and updating our website and managing our social media presence.
- General Administration: Handling correspondence, filing, and other general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels.
- Digital Presence: Keep our website and social media platforms up-to-date and engaging.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
