We have a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Secretary to join our team at Vistry South Central Midlands, at our Coleshill office. As our Construction Secretary you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Construction department and developments.

Collate weekly time sheet data on master spreadsheet, and check all timesheets have been sent to the payroll department within agreed timescalesCollate daily labour figures for all sitesProcess incoming and outgoing postProduce letters, reports, memos as required using Microsoft Office packagesAnswer the telephone, record and distribute messages accordinglyProcess and deal with invoices in a timely mannerProvide support to all site-based personnel to ensure the smooth running of the developmentsOrder PPE, workwear and stationery itemsArrange and support meetings and events, and arrange accommodation as requiredMaintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive systemAssist with administering sickness and holiday absence and report to the payroll department as requiredSupport in maintaining the department training matrixBe familiar with the Company's health, safety and environmental policy Finally, let's tell you a bit more about us...
