Marketing and Sales Administrator

We are looking for someone to join our team marketing office units and recording studios at the Matrix Studio Complex in Parsons Green. You will be working in a small, friendly and vibrant team in a fun and creative environment.

Role Requirements;

• Market office and recording studios effectively to potential tenants and office brokers
• Conduct viewings
• Negotiate tenancy terms and finalise agreements between tenants and landlords.
• Maintain an active and accurate register of available properties and market on broker websites
• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries from prospective and current tenants
• Update social media
• Reception - meet and greet visitors in a professional manner
• Receive and sign for registered and courier deliveries and distribute post.
• General building management knowledge
• Help out the team where necessary
