Location: Oxford Brookes University

Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, variable shifts throughout the week

Key responsibilities

• To run shifts in charge of the store
• Organise staff with responsibilities to carry out to deliver great availability and premium customer service levels
• To follow processes and procedures to comply with due diligence, health and safety and food safety
• To problem solve at pace and provide training and coaching to colleagues to improve the customer experience in store
