The Sales & Marketing Assistantwill work under the mentorship of experienced sales professionals, gaining valuable skills and knowledge about our industry, products, and sales techniques. This is a hands-on role where youll interact with clients, support the sales team, and learn how to turn leads into satisfied customers. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a competitive mindset, and a passion for connecting with people.
Day to Day Duties:
- Work alongside the sales team to support all stages of the sales cycle- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and industry trends- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking- Shadow senior sales representatives during client meetings and negotiations- Track, organize, and manage leads and opportunities in our CRM system- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and reports- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to help drive sales growth- Achieve weekly and monthly goals to gain experience and build confidence
What Were Looking For:
- Recent graduate or entry-level candidate interested in a career in sales- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- A goal-oriented, competitive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations- Willingness to learn and take feedback from experienced team members- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred but not required)- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
