Tenancy Sustainment Officer
West Bromwich and surrounding areas
£24,512 per annum
Full Time, Permanent
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity has become available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our clients Housing Association.

Purpose of the role
  • To understand the complex needs of tenants, licensees, or occupants of their properties within the context of Supported Exempt Accommodation.
  • To deliver a consistently high customer service which enhances the quality of life for tenants by providing safe, secure, and attractive environments, creating sustainable communities.
  • You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
About you
They are looking for a flexible, approachable individual with the ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviour. You will be customer-focused and have the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
You will have good general IT skills and an understanding of the need for confidentiality.
