Role Purpose Support the Project Management team on assigned projects, focusing specifically on office, logistics/industrial, data center, residential, and hospitality asset classes. Demonstrate willingness to take ownership of issues and see them through to positive resolution. Maintain a proactive attitude in daily activities, which is essential for success in this role. Contribute to ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Help develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Support the management of changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Assist in measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues to the Senior Project Manager as necessary. Provide effective support in managing relationships with clients and all stakeholders. Assist in performing risk management to minimize project risks. Help create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Gain exposure to contract management practices (prior experience is a plus). Sound like you? To apply you need to be: Knowledge in Project Management principles, best practices, methods and tools. Qualified as Engineer or Architect. Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / AutoCAD / MS Project, Revit. Effective operational proficiency in English. Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated. Must be flexible and a team player. Organized professional. An experience in a complex construction site project will be considered a plus. Interested in and have a knowledge about ESG and sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL certifications). Duration: Internship of 6 months with a reimbursement of 850 euro x month 8 euro ticket x day. Location: Milan.
