Internship - EHS Reporting

Role :

Assist the EHS Performance Department in strengthening the Group's EHS reporting and controlling system.

Missions :

* Update of the HSE Indicators and Data Master File
* Update of the EHS reporting and controlling procedures / frameworks and processes
* Update of parameters in our HSE tool: user accesses, perimeter, etc.
* User support / hotline during campaigns
* Animation of the HSE communities
* Maintenance of our HSE sharepoint
* Maintenance of HSE reporting and controlling dashboards on PowerBI
* Projects on GEN AI tools (chatbot, controlbot)
Creation of the EHS Performance Department on 1st of March 2024 under the direction of Romuald Laloue

In the context of the new European CSRD regulation, and in line with the Group's sustainable development strategy and commitments to 2030 and net zero carbon by 2050, the EHS Performance Department aims to strengthen the non-financial reporting system applied to EHS
