Maintenance Engineer DAYS

Our client are a global manufacturer supplying products worldwide.

We are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer working on DAYS, who will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and plant equipment.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 2.30pm, with a starting salary at £33,716 later rising to £35,744, additional overtime is paid at 1.5 rate.

We are looking for candidates with Multi-skilled/ Mechatronic or Electrical experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.

The Role

• Planned and reactive maintenance on production plant and equipment


• Respond to breakdowns and resolve faults quickly


• Continuous improvement and machine upgrades


• Work across electrical and mechanical systems


• Work as part of a maintenance team to minimise downtime and maximise performance


• Record maintenance logs as required


• Work in line with company policy and health & safety

What we are looking for:

• Level 3 apprenticeship in Engineering, Mechatronic or Electrical


• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing/ production setting


• Multi-skilled across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems


• Working knowledge of PLC's, controls and robotics
