Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

Early Years Practitioner - What Youll Be Doing:
? Creating a Safe, Inspiring Space
Work with fellow practitioners to ensure a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment for young learners.
?? Planning & Leading Activities
Take charge of engaging activities that foster child developmentindoors and outdoors.
?? Supporting Individual Growth
Develop personalized programs for children with additional needs, ensuring every child is set up for success.
?? Building Partnerships with Families
Be the friendly face that supports open communication with parents, fostering a strong home-school connection.
Early Years Practitioner - What Were Looking For:
?? Qualifications (desirable):
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years
- Graduate in Education or a Core Subject
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
?? Experience:
- Some hands-on experience working with young children
?? Skills & Qualities:
- A true passion for early years education
- A positive, adaptable attitude and calm under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humour!
