Job Description

Enso Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading software company, within the media industry, who are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and foster client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client partnerships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Business Development, the role offers hybrid working and requires domestic and international travel. Key Responsibilities Business Development Strategy Create and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new markets and client segments to expand service offerings. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to provide insights. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions. Lead Generation and Sales Generate leads through networking, events, and market research. Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals. Develop proposals, presentations, and pricing models; negotiate contracts. Market Research and Reporting Stay informed about industry trends and technologies. Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, lead generation, and client feedback. Networking and Industry Presence Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility. Essential Criteria Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or account management. Proven ability to manage face-to-face client meetings. Regular domestic and international travel for work. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience creating professional sales presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
