My client is a strategic talent consultancy specialising in the global consumer goods sector. But heres the twist: theyre also diving deep into Technology, AI, Automation, and Data. This is your chance to help them break new ground.

Theyre on the hunt for two sharp graduates to join the team as Researchers.

Your role? Simple - blend research with relationship-building. Youll dig deep into the data but also thrive on the phone, connecting with top talent and helping deliver on the promises made to clients.

And this isnt your average recruitment gig. My client doesnt do average. They use a data-driven approach to attract and retain the best talent. Youll be part of a global operation, working out of the Newport Pagnell office (with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in their London HQ and Dubai office).

What youll need:

• A 2:1 or above from a top university
• Confidence on the phone
• An eye for detail and a passion for research both are critical to your success

What youll get:

• A base salary of £25,000 - £28,000
• An excellent bonus scheme
• Office time: 4 days a week initially, dropping to 3 after passing your probation
