For: Fabricator

Level 3 Qualified Fabricator

Location: Bristol, GB

The Role

As a Fabricator, you'll manufacture precision aircraft parts using a variety of materials (titanium, aluminum, stainless steel) for civil and military aircraft. Based at our clients Filton site, you'll ensure quality and compliance while contributing to cutting-edge aerospace innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate components using industry-standard tools and techniques

Work with materials including titanium, aluminum, and stainless steel

Ensure parts meet right first time standards and adhere to safety protocols

Identify and report non-conformances to the team leader

Maintain a safe and organized workspace

Shift Pattern:

Day shifts (Monday -Thursday) with the option for night shifts (+33% shift premium) once trained.

What Youll Need

Essential:

Relevant Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/NVQ or equivalent)

Manufacturing experience and ability to follow procedures

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable:

CNC machinery operation experience (e.g., pipe bending, power presses)

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

Experience with swaging pipework

Whats on Offer

Shifts are 35 hours per week - Monday - Thursday

Overtime is on Fridays generally but some weekends also.
