We are looking for an Head of Hospitality for a leading global investment bank in Central London. Our Head of Hospitality will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality operations in our Conference Centre and Client Centre and ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for clients. This role involves strategic planning, leadership, and coordination to enhance client experiences and optimise operational efficiency. The Head of Hospitality will manage all people, budgets, and resources to maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Job Description
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the hospitality team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You will lead two direct reports, Conference Centre Manager and Client Centre Manager.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Client Experience:
- Support with implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve client feedback promptly and professionally, and analyse to identify areas for improvement.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of all our hospitality services within the Conference Centre and Client Centre.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
Financial Management:
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and service standards.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Event Coordination:
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with our sister companies and our clients to understand their needs and deliver above and beyond expectations.
Qualifications
- Successful Hospitality background, within a managerial position.
- Ability to display a real passion for food, customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and able to demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work using own initiative, and act proactively and promptly to last minute requests.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools, financially and commercially astute.
