Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy
Run a Star Pub - Auld Hoose Edinburgh - Edinburgh
Job Location
Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Job Description
Pub Overview
The Auld Hoose is situated in St Leonards, Newington, a thriving part of Edinburgh city centre. This is a densely populated area popular with students and the pub has a good food reputation, especially it's famous nachos.
The pub is well established and well maintained. The current food and drink offer does well and should be retained and built on. The menu features many vegetarian and vegan options and the cask range is extensive.
The pub is quirky and welcoming with well supported quiz nights and getting the atmosphere right is key.
Do you know this part of town well? Newington is like a village within a city and has its own feel that needs to be catered for. The area can be quite seasonal so a USP and fantastic social media output are essential.
Attitude is more valuable than experience. If you’ve got the following, we’d love to hear from you.
If this sounds like the incredible pub opportunity you’ve been waiting for, apply today and tell us what you can bring to this pub’s next chapter...
