Job Title: Email Marketing Executive

Location: Leeds

Salary: £28,000-£30,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance using data and insights to optimize and refine future email marketing strategies.
• Oversee social media management, including creating, scheduling, and posting content across various platforms.
• Drive lead generation efforts through targeted email campaigns and social media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with broader marketing strategies and goals.

The Right Candidate
We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in email marketing, data analytics, social media management, and lead generation. You will have hands-on experience with HubSpot and a passion for creating engaging, high-converting campaigns. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, including content creation, list management, and campaign optimization.
• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret metrics and implement improvements.
• Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and scheduling across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot for email marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
