28 hours per week however this is negotiable regarding less or more hours, over 7 days Monday to Sunday, hours/days to be agreed.
£23,436.25 FTE - £17,735.54 pro rata (pay review pending).

Location: The Children's Society Shop, Tithebarn Street, Keswick, Cumbria.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work alongside the Shop Manager at our brand new shop in Keswick. Can you assist the shop manager in driving sales and work closely with staff and volunteers to deliver the best level of customer service? Have you got retail/management experience?
We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead, is friendly, positive, and has a "can do" attitude. It is important that you have good communication skills and can work with a diverse team of volunteers.
The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We're there for children, every step of the way.
The Children's Society runs over 100 local services that help thousands of young people who desperately need our support, and we campaign to get laws and policies changed to make children's lives happier and safer.
