We’re looking for a talented Marketing Acquisition Manager to lead our full-funnel acquisition strategy for two key products: membership and private hire. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by designing and executing high-impact campaigns and events, such as member open days, that capture and convert our ideal members and clients, helping us expand our presence and influence in the market and grow our revenues.



We will be launching more houses in the near future and this role will lead on membership marketing launch planning to develop a proforma ‘go to market plan’ for each new launch.



Responsibilities:



Strategy & Planning




  • Develop and own the full-funnel acquisition strategy for both membership sales and private hire bookings, optimizing across digital, content, and offline channels.

  • Support the commercial objectives through defining key acquisition metrics, benchmarks, and goals for lead generation and conversion.

  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay ahead of trends in the luxury workspace and hospitality industry and identify new opportunities to reach our target ICP audiences.



Lead Generation & Nurturing




  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns that capture qualified leads, utilizing paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, brand partnerships barter agreements, and other growth channels, including guests who visit our houses and our restaurants.

  • Develop effective nurturing programs for prospective members and private hire clients to guide them through the conversion funnel, leveraging personalized content and high-touch outreach.

  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is tailored to segmented audiences and optimized for conversion using Hubspot CRM.



Campaign Execution & Optimization




  • Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end acquisition campaigns, working with our junior designer, freelance copywriter, and the membership sales team to develop compelling creative that resonates with our target audience which is on Maslow’s brand.

  • Work closely with our paid media specialist to design and run digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta , and paid and organic Instagram, continually optimizing for maximum ROI and relevance with proven data.

  • Direct internal and external creatives and content maker to develop on-brand assets and experiences that differentiate our offerings and elevate our Maslow’s brand positioning to be used to improve the two acquisition funnels.



Data-Driven Insights & Reporting




  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, developing insights to guide future initiatives and improve conversion at each stage of the funnel.

  • Confident in budgeting and forecasting of expected outcomes for money invested. Plans to include CPAs, CTRs and expected revenues and profits.

  • Provide detailed reports to The Director of Marketing and senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.



Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment




  • Partner with sales, events, and operations teams to align on objectives, coordinate campaigns, and drive unified messaging and a seamless customer experiences.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, understanding and communicating our values, unique differentiators, and service promise across all channels.

  • Collaborate with Member Programme Events to identify and harness strategic partnerships to elevate the brand’s reach as part of the overall acquisition funnel. Driving partnership co-marketing activity and results.



Requirements:




  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing acquisition role, ideally within the luxury, hospitality, or high-end service sectors, with a track record of driving membership or service-based sales.

  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, social), campaign management, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Consule, Hubspot or similar CRM software, CRO software, Wordpress).

  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with a proven ability to measure, analyze, and optimize acquisition funnels, improving ROI and conversion at every stage.

  • Creativity & Storytelling: A creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for luxury branding. You know how to tell a compelling story that resonates with an affluent audience. You understand how strong brand and creative can elevate campaign performance, aka Les Binet the long & short of it.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and working with designers, content creators, and external agencies.

  • Project Management: Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. Use Notion as our team project management and collaboration tool for all work sign off and flows.



KPIs:




  • Develop and run high performing acquisition campaigns, selecting the best channel mix that works for our acquisition targets and budgets.

  • Hit target acquisition CPAs, revenues and profits.
