Handyman (Building Maintenance)

Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks across the interior and exterior of buildings. Clean and maintain plant rooms, sumps, air handling units, and workshops. Assist contractors with mechanical tasks and provide support as needed. Move office equipment and perform necessary repair work. Carry out basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Monitor and report faulty electrical or air-conditioning units. Maintain garden areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep. Assist with the maintenance of generators and ensure their functionality. Requirements: Minimum of Grade 10 education. At least 2 years of experience in basic building maintenance. Basic computer skills for reporting and communication. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others. Proactive and able to take initiative. Customer-focused with attention to quality and detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
