You qualify at the GS-03 grade level if you possess the following: Successful completion of 1-full academic year of post-high school study. You must provide a copy of your transcripts. You qualify at the GS-04 grade level if you possess the following: Successful completion of 2-full academic years of post-high school study from an accredited college or university. You must provide a copy of your transcripts. IF YOU ARE IN YOUR LAST SEMESTER/QUARTER of completing your degree/certificate requirements, you must show proof of acceptance to a continuing degree/certificate program.
