HR Generalist

Randstad Enterprise is looking for a skilled HR Generalist for our client, a globally known logistic and shipping company, for their Italian offices located in Peschiera Borromeo (MI). Job Description: The HR Generalist will be the contact between business and employees to facilitate some HR processes and will play a crucial role in talent acquisition for the company, as well as in managing all activities aimed at ensuring Health & Safety policies according to Italian legislation. Responsabilità Main Duties: Mandatory training for Health & Safety and Surveillance Plan (medical health check) Org Chart (safety) Audit support for HR topics Focus on Hiring process, from talent acquisition to proposal letter, including Curricular Internships and relations with Institute stakeholders. Conduct exit interviews when applicable Manage Workday and the HR Ticket Provide day-to-day support in HR topics for all levels of employees Build and maintain relationships with managers Manage all HR policies and procedures.
