Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Failsworth, M35
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £110 - £130 per day
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education? Do you have a strong interest in helping students achieve their best? An Academy College in Failsworth, Manchester is looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team!

Core subject degrees preferred (but not essential) – we welcome graduates from all disciplines.

DEGREE MUST BE FROM THE UK. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons to students across various year groups.
Maintain classroom discipline and support students to ensure a positive learning experience.
Engage with students and ensure they stay focused and on task during lessons.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth delivery of lessons and ongoing student development.The Ideal Candidate:
Confident in presenting lessons and managing a classroom environment.
A recent graduate with a strong interest in education (a core subject degree is preferred, but not essential).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
A positive attitude and a passion for supporting student learning.
