Join the Central IT team at the earliest possible date as a Cloud Integrator (f/m/d) for the introduction of new public cloud offerings both from the network of universities, universities and research institutions as well as from commercial providers, from the collection of requirements to the technical integration and management of cloud services to support in anchoring them in use by all university members. Your tasks Determining the requirements for cloud services in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders at the university Comparison of these requirements with the available offers from public and commercial providers Integrating new cloud services into the university's complex IT landscape together with the Central IT team Managing the cloud services provided by the Central IT team and providing second-level support Your profile You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study or you have completed training as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience You have knowledge and experience in the configuration of Microsoft 365 in comparable environments Knowledge of the configuration and administration of Exchange Online (from email delivery to resource management) is desirable You can develop solutions to problems in a team and implement them in a goal-oriented manner A strong service orientation in second-level operation of productive applications, strong communication skills as well as fluent German (oral and written) and good English skills (oral and written) round off your profile We offer A fixed-term employment contract until December 31, 2027; you will be graded according to your qualifications and professional experience in pay group 10 or 11 TV-L; please visit www.oeffentlicher-dienst.info for information on pay, for example A varied workplace in the dynamic environment of a modern university Flexible and mobile working time models A comprehensive internal training program, including onboarding, language courses, health courses and e-learning elements You are welcome to work part-time with us if job sharing ensures that you can work full-time.
