This position is ideal for a skilled, electrically-biased engineer with five or more years of maintenance experience, particularly those qualified through an electrical engineering apprenticeship. The role is highly varied, so an adaptable and motivated character is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on plant equipment and utilities.
* Complete reactive and planned tasks while utilising CMMS (SAP).
* Address breakdown issues promptly and provide technical support to the production team.
* Ensure Health & Safety standards are observed and maintained.
* Support the shift supervision team and promote continuous improvement practices.
The company offers a fantastic overall package, with earnings of up to £60,000, plus overtime paid at up to 2.5x the standard rate. They also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including impressive pension contributions of 7-9%, life assurance (x7), a fantastic on-site gym, and free parking.
